Services
Everest Trekking organizes expeditions,
treks, jungle safaris, special interest trips, and sporting events. We
work in Nepal, India, Bhutan, Pakistan, and Tibet to Kazakhstan and
Mongolia.
Mountaineering: We organize both
full-scale expeditions on major summits in the Himalayas and the Karakoram
as well as guided climbs on trekking peaks (lesser altitude). Whether it’s
a two-person climb on Island Peak or a team attempting Mt. Everest, we do
all the logistics for your trip. Obtaining permits, organizing
transportation, porters and guides, discussing routes and tactics and
looking after all other arrangements are vital parts of organizing an
expedition and we do each one carefully and with precision. We give expert
guidance on the technical equipment needed and all equipment can be
arranged with us.
Trekking: On our treks we take no more than
ten people. This minimizes our impact on fragile nature and enhances
clients’ contact with local people and traditions. Most of the mountain
life on the slopes of the world's highest summit revolves around spiritual
beliefs and customs forged in the fervor of the middle ages. An active
lifestyle and positive attitude are the basic ingredients for an
exhilarating Himalayan experience. Our staff carries your gear and you
walk light. Our guides offer personal assistance throughout the trek.
Our motto is to provide a safe and memorable holiday experience.
River Rafting: The Himalayan region, and Nepal in particular,
is reputed to have some of the most exciting rivers in the world for
excellent rafting and canoeing. You can glide on calm jade water or be
hurled through roaring white rapids in the care of expert rafting guides.
If you've never rafted before, you may just
sit, relax and observe the serene surroundings while your river guide does
all the maneuvering. If you are the adventurous type you can join in and
experience the challenge and thrill trying to coordinate your paddling
with your teammates’ as well as with the river guide.
We take care of all the permits, river
equipments, waterproof cameras and day bags. We can arrange for your
rafting trip to end at a spot where you can then start a wildlife tour.
Jungle Safaris: If wildlife and birds
are your main interests, you can see many wild animals in the jungles of
the Nepal and India. Take an elephant ride, hike on a jungle trail or
cruise in a Land Rover in the numerous national parks and wildlife
sanctuaries including the Royal Chitawan National Park, widely regarded as
one of the best national parks in the world. Here you can sight the Royal
Bengal tiger, Asiatic elephant, One-horned rhino, ghariyal, birds like
Giant Hornbill, Bengal Florican and Lesser Florican to name a few.
Buddhist Monastery Treks: The Buddhist
monasteries in the mountains are as worth seeing as the mountains under
which they lie. For hundreds of years these monasteries have remained
unchanged, the mantras and the chants, the colors, the prayer flags and
the butter lamps, all speak of long tradition. Witness the spiritual side
of life on Buddhist monastery treks in Nepal.
Special Interest Trips: Whether you are
interested in photography, bird watching, biking, and paragliding or even
cooking, we organize special interest trips to match any of your tastes
and interests. We arrange everything from permits, tickets, hotels and the
best equipment to make your trip very memorable and fruitful.
Sport Events Organizer: We also organize
various sporting events and handle every aspect from planning, management,
advertisement, press conferences to managing the travel, lodging and other
logistical aspects of a sporting event. We put the region on the
world-sporting map.
